Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Regular Office Hours:

Monday – Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Summer Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Treatment Time

Treatment time varies depending on growth and the severity of the problem, and may last from one to two years. Because patients grow at different paces, each responds differently to orthodontic treatment.

It is important for patients to cooperate and follow instructions for wearing rubber bands and other appliances to help keep your orthodontic treatment on track. Also, maintaining a proper oral hygiene regimen will influence how long you will be in braces.

Emergencies

If you are experiencing a problem needing immediate attention, please call us as early in the day as possible. We have reserved a certain amount of time each day to assist patients with emergencies. In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call (865) 671-8684 to reach the on-call staff member. We will return your call promptly.
